I.R.S. tells Airlines give back the F.A.A. tax to the customer…

Since Congress failed to continue the F.A.A. tax on all airplane tickets , the tax died on Sat. July , 23. 2011, . How ever the Airlines continue to charge this tax on their tickets sales and are pocketing it….. The I.R.S. told the airlines on Thursday, July 28th, that collecting this tax is no longer leagal and they should return this payment to the customer…. Most airlines said they would return this payment to the customers that ASK FOR IT … but would not automatically do it …… dt
