Elgin Needs to Fix the Man Hole Problem at IL.31 & Kimball St.

Every time it rains hard in Elgin, The Man Holes at the corner of IL. 31 & Kimball over flow and the cover becomes a Geiser…This has been going on for the last few years, well on Sat. Aug. 20 the pressure of the water flow out of the man hole is so great it blew the cover off 15 feet down the road….If some one would of drove over the man hole and caught their wheel it could kill someone by stopping a car instantly gong 30- 40 mph …… City of Elgin NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SOME ONE GETS KILLLED…
