IL. Tollway wants to raise tolls…..

IL. Tollway Authority wants to raise tolls for construction work for the next 10 years … 12 Billion they believe will be the total cost…. Let me remind you all that when the Toll way authority was established back in the 50′s their goal was to build highways around Chicagoland and once the bonds were paid off in 30 years they would become free ways…. They paid the bonds off in 10 years and said its a money maker … we are keeping it a toll way…… The problem with this agency is no accountability …The biggest empty hole in the state… Waste is a way of life with this agency … I say we dont need a rate increase ..They have plenty of money to spend on these roads … Lets spend the money they have now… and STOP WASTING MONEY ON DUMB PROJECTS…..dt
