Driver The Gov. of ILLINOIS say we need a tax to take care of the $ 1.3. Billion education short fall but since 2007 the Lottery have been taking over $ 2.Billion a year what gives ?????

Driver Dear Gov. State of IL. , You want all of us in this state to make scarfices, and cut backs in our normal life styles to help the state out of this $ 13 Billion deficit, but some how your $300,000 pension remains tax free.... Why ?????
